There are numerous studies that have shown the positive effects of Mindfulness and how regular practice can lead to happier and more contented induviduals. Anxiety, depression and irritability can all decrease with regular practice.
I can help you to develop a regular practice which you can then take into your everyday life. Mindfulness does not mean sitting for hours cross-legged! I can demonstrate to you how you can meditate almost anywhere, it is not complicated but it will require patience and regular practice to be beneficial. After all you don't get fit by going to the gym once it takes time and effort.
I work to the 8 week MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) that Professor Mark Williams, John Teasdale and Zindel Segal developed.
Each session will cost £50 and will last for 1 hour, regular practice will aslo be required in your own time between sessions.
