The Giraffe Resilience Model™ has been developed following extensive research in the fields of resilience, mindfulness & positive psychology & will give you a good understanding of the seven key elements in building resilience. Within each of the seven elements are many proven resilience building tools – so no matter which element you choose to focus on, there will be tools you can use now and into the future.
I offer training courses for individuals or corporate clients and over the last few years have trained many corporate clients, charities and individuals.
