The Way I Work
The roots of the way I work with my clients are firmly based in empathy, the here and now, honesty and HOPEFULNESS. Hope can provide clients with the ability to change and grow as individuals. Hope that there is a way out of whatever situation we find ourselves in.
I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is the foundation and heart of the Counselling work. It facilitates theraputic change & growth for you, the client.
Only you will know how it feels to be you, but by working with me I can help you to examine and explore these feelings in a confidential non judgemental environment, to help you see things more clearly. Some of these feelings you may feel unable to share with family and friends, but I will listen compassionately to you without judgment.
I work with an Integrative approach, which means I work in a way that will suit your needs, with you at the heart of the work we do together, within a Person Centred approach.
